My sister and I visited this restaurant for a quick meal, but we didn't expect to experience such fantastic and attentive service. Our glasses of water were topped up frequently, everything was clean and the decor was rustic and quirky. With regards to the food, wow. It was delicious! Especially the chicken burger. I really can't explain how much we loved our meals. We bought dessert at the end too. The brownie was super moist, freshly baked, and perfect with the cool vanilla ice cream. Hats off to the chef!

Very good chicken burger and chips and a pint. Very busy and shared a table but that's fine with me for a lunch spot Very tasty chicken burger and only £5 weekday lunchtime which made it even better. Chips are average. Would recommend the dirty bird. Great place for a lunch bite. Quick and easy. Weekday lunchtime massive chicken burger, chips and a pint of lager for £14. Service was added to the bill which I always think is a bit below the belt. Service is optional and should be added by the customer not the restaurant. In my opinion.

Great rotisserie chicken as always from Chicken Shop - which is always much more filling than water pumped chicken in other grill places. The food was quite quick to come out - the Mac and cheese could’ve done with some thicker breadcrumbs and maybe some time in the oven to brown as it did look a bit like it came from a school canteen - it was delicious nonetheless. The sauces supplied were good and the cocktails were potent - in a good way! Will surely return.

A fan of the brand. We ate a dirty burger and chicken wings. The burgers was slightly pink in side just how I like it and the wings nice crisp skin all for a tenner. There's a fair rang of beers and other drinks. It's a great place for a quick and filling bite, or a casual date out and about.

We trekked for 30 minutes and freaked out for a minute when we saw a... Nandos! Luckily we soldiered on for another ten feet and found what we came for. Superior to their ubiquitous corporate neighbour in every conceivable way. The whole rotisserie bird was succulent and the crinkle fries were exactly as we requested - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with no added salt. Surprisingly few restaurants get such simple requests right; but Chicken Shop was faultless.

Probably one of the best chicken burgers I've eaten. Make sure to add some bacon to make it extra special! Sweet potato fries & Mac & Cheese also really good. Quick service and reasonable prices.

Burgers were great tasting, love the fillings, mac and cheese was indulgently cheesy! Fries came with legit Lebanese style garlic sauce. Friendly staff, nice casual atmosphere. Get the apple pie.!
