The team here are great Herbie and the other bar staff are friendly and very informed on the bar drinks. Had food on 3 occasions now and have to say the chef is great and really checks everything you want and offered alternatives when they had not had my request. Shame they don’t do roast dinners on Sundays as a live a roast with a football match. Good prices before 8pm weekdays and cheap food. I would employ Kylie the chef if I had my own pub to run. 5 stars
Food was fine though steak was medium rather than medium rare. There really was no atmosphere as just a smattering of old men with us old fogies! Pleasant place though, handy for lunch.
Reserved a table with Kylie over the phone. All went smooth the table was ready with our name on it. Service was first class as was the food. Bar staff were very efficient and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
