Lovely pub in Clerkenwell that also has a music room downstairs. The bar is at street level and has plenty of seating and tables for those who want to eat. I did not try the food but plenty of patrons were so clearly the food offering is fine. There is an comprehensive drinks menu and plenty of people were enjoying cocktails. Prices were similar to other establishments nearby. Downstairs is the music room which has its own bar, has good sound and the lighting is fine too, the stagethough is not very high. There is some seating for available too. Toilets are downstairs with a disabled one in the main bar at ground level. The staff were friendly and efficient and the place was very clean too, so if you are in the area give it a visit

I went there with my friends to attend a Blues Live Concert. The Salughtered Lamb has a very warm and cosy atmosphere and a female live singer who was also playing guitar. This was at a ground level.where we had out first drinks and enjoyed excellent service by the bar staff. Later we went donwonstairs in the lower ground to attend a Blues Concert of a renown American Blues Artist. The atmosphere was cosy and the sound although a small venue was very very decent. Highly recommend the place.

Came here for an aperitivo after work - staff were really friendly and attentive and served great cocktails! Their menu had a perfect balance between hearty pub-grub options and light dishes to share. Great atmosphere! Really recommend it!

Really nice pub. They have plenty of seating and the bar is quite long so you're not too bunched up when ordering at busy times. Staff were very polite and efficient, never had to wait long. I came here for a friend's birthday for drinks.

I hosted a 40th birthday here for my boyfriend last week and it was the perfect venue. The staff are all brilliant and really helpful. The atmosphere was lovely and friendly with great music and the food was all delicious. I’d highly recommend it it for a party or just a lovely pub for a pint! Thanks Karolina and all the team!

Recently changed hands, so finding its feet, but this is a good reliable boozer with great space for socialising, partying, listening to music, comedy and more. We visited for lunch on av Sunday and they had friendly staff, amazing bloody Marys and stonking tunes. The place also was quiet. Highly recommended!

Dropped by here on a very hot Saturday afternoon to escape the heat. Very quiet inside, I guess because some of its near neighbours have a few outside tables, but I was happy to enjoy the air conditioning! A very attractive space with a large central bar. Huge, very impressive drinks selection and the staff were very friendly. I didn’t eat on this occasion but I overheard others saying that the food was very good. Slightly tucked out of the way but worth a visit if you’re in the Farringdon area.

Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful. We went after work Friday, had some small bites from the menu and for two of us, it was perfect! The cauliflower, chicken and padron peppers were all delicious. Oh yes, chips and curry sauce 👌

Nice range of beers, could offer more cider options. Friendly staff and table service. The fish finger sandwich was great for £6.50 but had to order two of them because the portion size is tiny. The Mayo never turned up, but ketchup was probably the right sauce for the sandwich. Nice atmosphere. Been here a couple of time’s nice pub.

I tried the Vegan Burger, an Old Fashioned, and one of their amazing whiskeys (neat). I loved them all and really enjoyed the atmosphere! The staff was so kind and helpful. Ask for an extra side of the vegan sauce to dip your fries in! So so so good. Can’t wait to come back to listen to some of the live music.
