Feng is super sweet and friendly and chatty, she gave recommendations and they were perfect very friendly service and I'm much more of a costa fan usually 😶🌫️ great coffee and they actually listen rather than just going with what they want to do!

Love this little shop, well it seems little, until you go downstairs where there's a nice seating area. Impressed! The staff are always smiling and friendly. The food is good and the coffees are top notch! They even give little samples of a new coffee they are promoting, a nice touch. Always a nice experience, definitely recommend.

I love Starbucks. Always have always will. The fact that this one is on Baker Street is just fun. I love that. The fact that it is filled with drawings and art from Seattles Pile Place stores (my fave place in the world and the reason I'm in London to go through immigration process to move there) is even better.
Staff are super nice and friendly. Really clean store and if I lived here would definitely become my local. One of the best stores I've been too.
