I was so impressed with this place. The creative lingo in the menu, napkins, butter, and probably other crevices I missed. The chicken tasted like it was fresh AND healthy. Super good. Everything was great, and will come back when I come back :).

I had the Chicken Wrap and shared a portion of the new Loaded Fries with 2 friends. I went with the garlic sauce for my wrap and fries and I have to say it was a mistake. I usually really like baked garlic, but it just didn't mash well with the warp. The fries weren't that bad, but I still think they would have been better without the garlic sauce.
The staff was nice, but the service is a bit slow. I understand that it is Nandos, quite a popular franchise, but I've never had to wait that long for the food before. They did give us 2 refillable cups by mistake when we just asked for tap water for the table, so I am willing to forgive the wait.
Overall it is a strong 4.3⭐ from me.
Went to Nando’s Kingsbury today and Fayez, the manager was exceptional. Excellent service and the food was better than ever! I’ve been to many branches over the years but haven’t come across a manager who was willing to go above and beyond, which he appeared to do for every customer.
Great upscale quick service restaurant. Served good food fast but not fast food. Visiting London and stayed nearby. Heard all about Nando's but wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. It does and then some. This is not McDonald's or KFC. A new bar has been set. Excellent, high quality food made and served by some very friendly people. It is pricier than fast food but the old saying is "you get what you pay for".
Excellent staff specially Sarah is exceptional and she went out her way to serve me and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were all working hard and doing their job in a perfect manner and all of them weee clean too.
I recently had dinner at Nando's in Kingsbury, and it was a delightful experience. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the overall meal was excellent. I must give a shoutout to our server, Flori, who provided attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. I highly recommend Nando's Kingsbury for a delicious dining experience!
I love the atmosphere, good music selection, and great food. Service is fast and it's easy to order. Staff are helpful and it's a great place to eat with a group of friends
Generally good overall, but unfortunately on this occasion the chips were cold which was unfortunate.
My order was placed in store and I waited there so chips should have been hot.
