Costa Covent Garden

Came here for a break in the constant rain. For a Costa it’s very chill and calm. Good vibes here! Nice sofas to chill on and some benches and chairs. If you want to use the toilet then you need a code which you can obtain at the bottom of your receipt. Nice chill vibe in crazy noisy London. Located not far from Covent Garden tube station.

Nice place to stop for a quiet break. Service calm and efficient (possibly annoying if you are in a rush, but nice if you want a calm atmosphere). Food and drinks are reliably good, as are the hygiene systems. The washrooms need a code (so reserved for customers) but were not very clean when we visited (which I guess just depends on who has visited before you—I don’t think staff can be blamed).

Every time I've visited this Costa the staff have been very welcoming. One of my friends accidentally broke a cup and they were very courteous, although it was my friend's fault. I'd like to specially thank Mohammed who is a real credit and ambassador to the Costa brand. He always smiles at the customers and seems to have our best interests at heart whether it's sorting out app problems or ensuring we get great service. One time, they were unlucky to have some troublesome teens who came in and had begun causing trouble. The Costa team quickly dealt with it. Tons of Kudos to the staff for maintaining a clean great atmosphere in a very spacious environment.
