The food is excellent and the meatballs with spaghetti is a must, the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly
Their beef lasagna is the best. With that layer of cheese and tender meaty goodness, loved it. Even veg options were good
We had been to the theatre and made a late visit to Frankie and Benny's. Despite it being almost closing time the staff were welcoming and cheerful.
We were shown to our seats, given a menu and left to make up our minds.
When the member of staff came to take our order we were offered additional water without asking.
I had a new York pizza, my wife had pasta and we shared a bottle of red wine.
The food was good, freshly prepared and hot. We were offered an opportunity to taste the wine, and not rushed through the process. Despite the restaurant being busy the member of staff found time to check everything was fine a couple of times.
The bill came in a funny mobile phone type device, and we struggled to know what to do with it, wondering if it was a payment device. The staff member came to our rescue and brought a card machine.
A solid 5 stars, good food post-theatre, not too expensive by London standards (I adapted quickly) an available table and exceptional service...
Had a wonderful dinner thanks to Atta, and the entire team at the covent garden restaurant! My husband had a gluten free beer and burger and I had regular ones - we felt so welcomed by his attentive and thoughtful service! Would definitely come back!
Every time we go to see a theatre play, this is the place we go to get lunch before 👍
On one occasion, there was no steak, so we didn't stay, but all other times, there was a table available without even booking in advance, and we could order anything from the menu, without a problem 😉
All staff that I've been served by were welcoming, apart from that one time when we were given the bill, without being asked.
Overall, I recommend this place 👍
There is no parking available at this location, but being Central London means there are links to any places around. We, for example, were walking from Victoria Station and it took us about 35-40 minutes to get here.
Nice, warm restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and a big drinks and food menu. We got a great service from Atta! Definitely recomend it 😃

Staff and Service: Staff was very friendly, funny, social and very welcoming! We enjoyed our time and had a great laugh. Very awesome 👍
Main course - Food and vibe: The food was okay, the portions were more than generous and the presentation was a little messy but definitely okay. The chicken and ribs were sadly a little dry but slightly compensated with the marinade and BBQ sauce. The chips were both soft and crispy and they tasted great. The steak according to my companion was cooked like desired and tasted amazing. The vibe was really chill, everyone was laughing, people were nice, the place gave me American vibes funny enough but the mood was overall very good.
Dessert: The Belgium chocolate fudge-cake was super tasty. I definitely liked the creamy chocolate and the cake overall. The presentation of the cake was very beautiful and served with a smile.
The restaurant was clean, the places to sit were fine, and the price almost fits the food. I do think it’s a little on the high side, but overall fine! The tap water was free which was really nice as well!
I would definitely recommend a crash here with a few friends, or even a date. :)

Ambiance is American style diner and quite cozy. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was well made. Pepper corn sauce was really good. The potato skins were a bit disappointing but everything else we ordered was on par. We also ordered a rack of ribs and some pasta.
We came to this Frankie and Benny's two nights in a row, because our first night was really good and we had such great service. Both nights, our waiters were very nice and checked in on us throughout the night. The food is always really good, especially the cheesy garlic pizza bread, which I thought was incredible.
The service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, our drinks were also great.
Overall, we were very happy with everything. We highly recommend it.
