Caffe Nero

Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic. We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 coupons My son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floor Noriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it up Both are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely. Definitely something you don’t see a lot these days so thank you both of you

I felt very welcome when I went there. It was first time I was there, and I ordered a green tea. The staff was nice, especially the blonde girl, she tried to answer my question about how many kcal in a green tea. She was confused at first, but later when she asked me to move because they were about to do closing, she said she found the answer through internet/website. I do appreciate for this kind of thing. She was super nice and friendly. Hopefully, Nero could do some appreciation for the staff who do their job sincerely.
