Good strong coffee that can keep me awake for hours and warm my insides no matter how cold it is outside.
They do serve a few savouries and sweets, but as usual I was just picking up coffee to go.
It's worth it to note that Nero serves some of the strongest coffees for chain shops.
Inspite of being a small location, they have managed to squeeze in quite a bit of seating on the inside.
It's a good place to grab a latte or cappuccino before a show at one of the nearby theatres
I felt very welcome when I went there. It was first time I was there, and I ordered a green tea. The staff was nice, especially the blonde girl, she tried to answer my question about how many kcal in a green tea. She was confused at first, but later when she asked me to move because they were about to do closing, she said she found the answer through internet/website. I do appreciate for this kind of thing. She was super nice and friendly. Hopefully, Nero could do some appreciation for the staff who do their job sincerely.
Nice and fast service. Coffee was okay, expected more.
Sicilian lemon cheese cake was great, normal lemon cake was tasty. Raspberry, almond cake was dry and disappointing.
Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic.
We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 coupons
My son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floor
Noriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it up
Both are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely.
Definitely something you don’t see a lot these days so thank you both of you
I got a mocha and it was similar to Starbucks. Employees are friendly. Space is looking limited and you may consider taking it out.

Probably the smallest Caffè Nero I’ve ever been in, but just as good as any other. Mostly bar-style seating looking out of the windows onto The Strand; perfect if you need somewhere to kill some time and enjoy a good coffee. Free wi-fi available via The Cloud; no toilet facilities (it’s too small!). Slightly strange experience though when the Barista asked me to remove the lid from my KeepCup...apparently they’re not allowed to do it due to “health & safety” reasons...?!🙄🤔😂
Small caffe nero with fast service, great coffee and friendly baristas! I will come back when I am in Coven Garden area..
Considering how busy and fast paced this coffee shop is, received the loveliest and warmest service in a very long time. If you’re gonna stop for a coffee and a quick bite to eat, this is the place.
