Great pub, always lot's of things happening music wise. Good choice of Ales and the rest...what I do love is their basket of toiletries in the ladies, a super touch if you've forgotten something important! Staff always friendly and love the disco night!

Green King IPA is not the best of beers, Timothy Taylor Landlord is a better option. Veronica the landlady makes the pub! There are friendly customers but music too loud on a Friday night

Been going to this pub on and off for the last 20 years, not regularly since the 90s - when it used to be a solid traditional old man pub, definitely dipped through the years but now really good. Live music at times - can be a trifle loud for a small pub, but lots of nice touches these days. Very cosy

Really nice and calm, friendly pub.
It was quiet when we were there, but apparently they sometimes have bands play.
Great beer selection, service was professional and courteous, it's nice to be asked "same again"
