I had a full English breakfast here on May 13 and 14 after having had "the same" in hotel dining rooms. I was very pleased and would award more stars if the system allowed. Gino and his assistant are most friendly and obliging and the food is VERY good. The jelly donuts are the largest we have ever eaten. My wife and I would have returned more had it not been that we departed for America that last day. We will seek out Gino's should we return to London as should you.
Really enjoyed the English breakfast here. (They don't skimp on the beans, like some fancier places!) Service was fast and friendly.
We was looking for a place to have breakfast and coffee in London and there was this lovely smell coming from a small restaurant. I said to my boyfriend: there! We have to go there and eat! Turns out they have lots of Italian/Portuguese delicious foods and you can have a proper English breakfast as well. We are coming back for lunch for sure 😋
I am sad to say that they have closed down. What an awesome little cafe with good food, superb prices and really friendly team. You will be missed
First time finding this little gem of a cafe. Was just hidden down one of the backstreets but glad I found it! The staff in there are lovely, so happy and I was having a stressful day but they cheered me up. Don’t get me started with the food, was lovely as expected, so much choice aswell as fresh pasta they’ve made and put together. It’s not the boring plain pastas you get everywhere, it’s real Italian! Prices are not bad considering the high quality. Will be visiting again thanks guys :)
My husband and I had a four day break in London and found this little place for breakfast. It was fantastic we went back every morning. Service fast and friendly. Food lovely and hot. Coffee great. Recommended for great food and great value. Would go again when next visit London.
Lovey food cooked daily. The homemade pastas are delicious and a great change from the normal city lunch choices. The staff are friendly and like to have a bit of a laugh. The portions are good and very filling. Very glad to have discovered this place.
Great food and a really good price for the middle of Mayfair.
Popped in for coffee and stayed for lunch. A friend and I had a sandwich and a bottle of water, £10.60 is a good price for the area.
Really lovely staff, order your food, go take your seat and the food will be brought to you.
Recommended.
Great little traditional English cafe doing fried breakfasts and lunches. Nice staff, well cooked, very reasonable prices.
I have had breakfast and lunch in this café and both were good experiences. Food is tasty homemade, staff is friendly even while under pressure and it is not overpriced considering its good quality and servings. Place offers a few tables inside and outside although it is not enough when lunchtimes comes. I have felt welcomed every time I went and I will definitely keep going back.
I have been going here for years. I have never seen the polite staff be rude in all that time..! The owner Tony is passionate about his cafe and even more so about his lovely customers. So nice still to see an independent cafe serving quality coffee and home cooked food by the fab Jose.
The office meeting buffets are really very freshly made and great value for money.
Enjoy
