It’s always the service that will make the place unforgettable. I was welcomed by “Roberto” who works for Ham Holy Burger, he cought me confused between the restaurants -as there is two next to each other- he explained the menue and then took me to the seat besed on my preferenc. Roberto took me through the menu item per item as I was still confused and he made sure I had what I wanted. Food didn’t take long to arrive and it was delicious (I had Kiss Me Not burger) fries was a bit oily though. The rest of staff were checking on me every now and then and they were generous. I loved my experience in this place, I was treated like I’m in 5 star hotel restaurant. Definitely will bring friends and visit again. And I hope we will always find Roberto there.

Very tasty. Spicy cheese fries fantastic, burger really good. A tiny bit pricey maybe, but perfect to grab a bite while shopping.

The waitress and hostess (same lady) is a good example of great customer service done right. Our food experience was good! I would come back for the fries. They are exceptional- I don't know where you can get fries like that. They had a texture similar to the initial texture of curly fries but crispy all the way through. If you don't get embarrassed easy, buy the two child burger meals for £11 and you get fries and smoked mozzarella with your burger.

On the 3rd floor of John Lewis Oxford street, it is a hidden gem! Burgers are very tasty and try the sides which are very good too. The service is very friendly. All of us left very satisfied and we are already planning to go back. Well done

Although I waited a while the food was worth it. The Napoletano with bacon was the best burger I have had in ages. I highly recommend the fries too.

Delicious find while shopping at John Lewis in Oxford street, I bumped into ham holy burgers and apart from the name :) everything else was quite really good. The beef is leaner and meatier than your usual patty giving the burger deeper and meatier flavour. Fries were excellent along with 3 dipping sauces, shakes are also quite good
