Had a great lunch here. Friendly staff. Quick service, great coffee. The avocado tartine was really great. Fair prices. I will definitely be coming back. The interior is somewhat dated but it has its charm.
Came at 2pm on a Tuesday, and I was the only one in here. Friendly staff and the food was amazing. This is a great place to buy bread, and to come for breakfast/brunch. I recommend getting the bacon bap or the buttermilk pancakes. I will definitely be coming back here.
Such a great find, tucked away from the city bustle - a very stylish decor. The pastries and cakes look divine, the sandwiches were sold out which says it all and the menu has something for everyone. I had scrambled eggs on toast and it was delicious. The coffees are high quality and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend! (Perfect pit stop for cyclists, can park bikes outside and sit at the window)
one of my fav neighborhood bakeries, the decor is like 80’ , the sour dough with butter and jam set is the best Sunday fix if not located in France 🥰
Good coffee and cake spot. Friendly staff and chilled atmosphere. A good place to grab breakfast and coffee, short walk from Greenwich Park nearby. I strongly recommend the following from the menu
- Flat White (they make it brilliantly)
- Homemade Granola
- Spanish Omelette

Perfect place to chill, no need to rush and the surrounding area provides for plenty for things to do afterwards.
Good, French-style bistro, tasty croque monsieur, etc, but, God, who's in charge of the music? They've just tuned into some mainstream radio station, playing tired "hits", too loud, mixed with heavy metal. Really grinds into your brain. Someone has no musical taste or doesn't care. Puts me off visiting, and probably others, too. Play some Edith Piaf or something!
One of my favourite lunch spots in Blackheath area located in Blackheath Standard. Their food is consistently very good, they also offer cakes, desserts and freshly baked bread and pastries. Staff put some good safety measures in place, all had masks and gloves when I visited and there was some entry system in place...much better managed than other places in the village. Good customer service.
By far the best bakery in the area. Bread is delicious, and so is the brunch menu, without being too expensive.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for good quality bread and pastries.
Nice food! I recommend the chickpea pancakes, soft but substantial and nice with some halloumi in the side.
