I come here a lot because the coffee is good (I prefer their style coming from Sydney) and the baked goods are excellent - I love the taste of good quality butter but it’s not greasy/oily - this pattern of using great ingredients with great technique is a feature that is pretty consistent across their food and they don’t shy away from flavour in their savoury food too! There are sometimes new staff which can be inconsistent understandably - but the regular staff there are good people.

Rebecca is so wonderful! It is so rare nowadays to find a member of staff who always has a smile on her face and with such a positive attitude like her! No matter how busy it is, she is always so lovely, efficient, fast and helpful!

Do not miss the experience, very tasty varieties of croissants, bread and wonderful toast, sweetened pastries as well, there is incomparable coffee and tea, I liked it very much. Thanks to the two hosts, they were so kind and wonderful. the place atmosphere was cool and simple

Best croissants in town, superb flat white with oat milk and the walnut bread is divine! The very best aspect of this Gail’s is the staff, they are friendly, lovely and efficient.

Don't miss the maple scones, they are the best I have ever had. All the bread is wonderful and my friend with a gluten allergy says they have the best gluten free bread she has ever had.

Really big selection of breads freshly baked. Nice breakfast and scrumptious scone. They even opened a tad early for us.
