It's a lovely shop with loads of light coming from the big windows and a nice rustic decor. As for the coffee, I used to not like Nero's coffee, but the baristas here are very good and it's now one of my favourite places.

I recently visited Caffe Nero in Southfield and was impressed with my experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and would be a great place to work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable. To top it off, the muffin I ordered was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with my coffee. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by Caffe Nero in Southfield for a great cup of coffee and some tasty treats.

I like coming here for coffee, nice inside, they even have a selection of books in the corner to read. Tends to be busy when I go though so can be hard to find a seat.

To the barista who made hot chocolate this morning 🤩, the two staff this morning were amazing. I had a three mobile reward I ordered large they must have miss heard it. Definitely not the end of the world I enjoyed the hot chocolate they made, but you two were amazing keep up your good work you are going places soon. Cafe Nero don’t lose these gems they got rid of the queue very fast 👌🏽👌🏽
