Very busy branch of Itsu, limited seating, loos are a bit rank hence the lower score.

We were not aware that it was all pre-prepared. However, the prices were reasonable.

Food came in good portions worthy of the price I’d say. Many vegetarian options too. Free tap water and sauces. Big bath room and it’s clean!

Clean outside of the restaurant. Inside was tidy. Restaurant is well laid out. Ordering is simple self serve - quite easy to use. There wasn't much engagement with the lady behind the till and we had to ask about some of our order as we were not advised what to do. The self serve areas for utensils, etc was well stocked. tables were clean. For the Thursday evening we visited the restaurant there were no many guests.
