Barista On The Other Side

It so good in this day and age to find a family run coffee shop. Barista On The Other Side opposite Waitrose outside Finchley Road station is the place. High end inside décor great coffee, tea, and lots of other fresh drinks. Large range of great fresh food on offer. Smartly dressed staff who are very attentive and ready to help. What also appeals to me is the laptop warriors are separated from those of use who want time away from office and enjoy having a great coffee and great food. The best coffee in town. The food is to die for, creatively done and absolutely delicious. The staff are warm and welcoming and you can feel a wonderful atmosphere from the moment you step in. It was three of us and we were all looked after and left very happy. Will definitely go back and HIGHLY recommend this place.

Very poor Wi-Fi. But let's talk about how great this place is otherwise: the staff are fantastic, very friendly and professional. The food is really really good. I mean a cut above everywhere else around here. Prices are a little high but compared to other restaurants and cafes around here worth it! Coffee is excellent. Really enjoy sitting in here. Barista on the other side is by far the best cafe on the Finchley Road. The coffee has an amazing flavour and the staff really know their stuff as Baristas, it’s my favourite coffee in the area and they use Allpress, which has a full flavour and not watery like in lots of coffee shops. They have delicious food: brunch, toasted ciabattas, cakes and lovely fresh juices. The staff are so sweet and helpful and the owner clearly retains his staff by being lovely as well. He’s often around and is friendly and chatty. I’ve been coming here for over a year and most of the staff seem to be the same team, which is so nice for regulars. Great place, lovely atmosphere, fast Wi-Fi and an outdoor seating area as well. It’s conveniently located opposite Finchley Road Station so we often pick up a coffee on the way to work or before an outing into town on the weekends. I’m a huge fan as you can tell! Pay a visit, you’ll love it too.
