I go to Gregg's every morning on my way to work and I have to say I have a lovely experience every morning. ALL the staff are so welcoming and kind and always put a smile on my face before I get to work. It's not an easy location to work in I can only imagine, but the customer service here is just impeccable!!

Two muffins missing in my order, I called them just to see how to solve it, the woman who picked up the phone was really rude, and say there’s nothing they can do, not even a sorry, and she said she packed up so it was definitely correct, so where are the muffins? Homeless dogs ate them? Or some mysterious alien?
Definitely not ‘fresh’ or made ‘today’. Bread was stale and rock hard. Chucked half of it in the bin… no time to go back and complain as back at my desk at work. Not a happy lunch experience. ☹️

The shop was nice and clean and shelves were well stocked. There were no queues and was served straight away. Joshua served me. He was very polite and friendly. It does get very busy at times. I am also regularly served by Claire. She is so nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcome when she is serving you.
