Every time we go, it has been amazing. Good quality coffee, hot chocolate, beautiful savoury and sweet treats. My favourite is the casadilla and the Moroccan lentil roll. The flourless chocolate cake is amazing too.

I chose Blackbird Bakery as the try of a new and different cafe. Blackbird has become another impressive smaller cafe business. It was a lovely latte hazelnut and lovely staff. I would definitely go back again next time I'm in the area.

Very tasty savouries and an overwhelming choice of home style cakes and pastries. It was busy and convivial with a pleasant group of young serving staff.
It could have done with being a wee bit bigger and the physical atmosphere got a bit muggy but overall it was a lovely friendly experience.

One of my favourite places to go for coffee and cake. The coffee is good and strong (they will make it with fewer espresso shots on request if you're of a sensitive disposition). The cakes and pastries are always fabulous and indulgent. The prices run a little bit on the higher side, but personally I believe it's worth it for the quality of the food. Their selection of freshly baked beads to take away is usually pretty cracking too, I love the olive loaf when they have it! Highly recommended.
N.B. whilst the entrance is wheelchair accessible, the bathroom unfortunately is not (being small and narrow).
