Maple & King's

Wow! What a wonderful spot to enjoy a healthy meal while taking in the beautiful establishments at king's cross. I was a visitor in London a few weeks ago and I am always looking for healthy alternatives, especially on vacation. I am so happy I got to experience the wonderful food and atmosphere at Maple & King's! The food was so delicious and the staff were so friendly. I had the chicken flat bread, the flapjack bar and a signature Bunny Run cold pressed juice. I was beyond satisfied! Totally recommend this place!!

I work locally and have been coming to M&K for months now, figured it was worth a review to tell you about all my research. Julius Cesar salad I could eat by the bucket load. There are always an amazing selection of salads but I keep coming back to this one, highly addictive. I throw a piece of salmon or chicken on there for extra hungry days, perfect compliment. Little Miss Sunshine is my fav juice. Exactly what I want in the morning and with a little twist of ginger and cayenne to get the day going. Best Gluten Free Brownie is genuinely the most delicious thing on Earth. Gooey + chocolate + caramel and all done with natural sweetening. It’s an actual dream and they give you a whopping big bar. I also just love the location, such a quiet enclave to sit outside or inside, tucked just in off the hustle bustle, and there is always a seat. Finally, it is such a relief to have more choice than Pret and feel like I am supporting a local business.

Wandered into Maple & King's for evening drinks and happy hour with friends. The flatbreads were really tasty and the nut mix and olives were really nice too - just what we needed! Was nice to sit outside and people watch around Kings Cross, and upstairs is a beautiful casual space. And of course we loved the wine selection (including skinny prosecco!) and cocktails!

I was grabbing a quick coffee outside of Kings X and had a few minutes to spare so venture outside the station and discovered this gem of a place a few steps away. The coffee was served with a smile but whilst waiting I got tempted by their super healthy breakfast menu and ended up ordering a porridge. When this arrived it smelt great and looked yummy so I even got myself a snack bar ("one for the road/train"!). Nothing tasted too sugary and I'm so glad I stuck my head out the station as this was a great find. Will definitely be coming by more often with a few minutes to spare to try their other delicacies!

I went to Maple & Kings for lunch yesterday for the first time and had the lunch deal which included a salad with a protein plus a packet of hummus chips and a can of Dash Water. Being a novice in the place, the staff, in particular Ana who served me were very helpful and able to recommend a salad combination to me. I sat upstairs and it was nice and airy and perfect escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Will put this my list of places to return for lunch next week and try one of their sandwiches and possibly a smoothie which I noticed were quite popular amongst the lunch crowd.

Best Juice Ever... Drank the Bunny Run before my 6.15am class this morning, What can I say? 100% packed a punch, loved the ginger hit, the texture and flavour was the best ever! I never ever thought that any juice would be better than my now, 2nd favourite, which is, Charcoal and Lemon from a very famous restaurant, I need to stock up!!!!!

It was my first time in Maple & this place was amazing ! From the moment i walked through the doors the staff was super friendly & helpful. The food was just incredble. The Juices are spectacular. I would highly recommend the 'Bunny Run' if you are in the area or working locally to Maple & Kings i would suggest popping in on your lunch break or after work.

Had a great spontaneous evening with the colleages here after work. I never knew there was a thing as skinny prosecco or vegan wine and when you just want a few glasses, this was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this is you want a more quiet evening with friends before you head off home or on your way to a crazy one.
