This is a great Cafe Nero but the serving sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. My cold brew was 80% ice and barely coffee, disappointed

Good and effective staff members. The crowd is pretty good too, the food is good but as always with London, its expensive. Cost me £4 for coffee. Not great.

I really like this Caffe Nero in Fitzrovia. Good coffee. Nearly always a place to sit. Nice toasted cibatta and you can watch locals walking past. Also a decent double loo although protected by passcode.

The barista with the red hair (I’m to shy to ask the name) memorized my order after the second time I went there. It make me feel very welcome and it’s now one of the few places I drink coffee in London. This proves that everyone can be professional and care about the costumer at the same time. Well done! 5 stars for her!
