Tasty and well-researched Mediterranean and Southeast Asian dishes for a quick lunch prepared freshly while you wait

I absolutely love Grain Kitchen. The food is of such high quality and the dishes are so thoughtfully curated. It is rare to find such a fresh, nutritious and premium lunch option, especially at this price point in the city. I love how healthy and well balanced the bowls are - I think there are 8 options consisting of grains, vegetables and beautiful sauces and you can pair each with a protein of your choice. Pictured here is the beetroot cured salmon with the California bowl. My favourite though has to be the Thai bowl with chicken. Always great service and worth the wait, even when it gets busy.

Ate here at lunch. Under 10p which is good. Very tasty hot grain bowls, nothing bad to say about it

A good selection of takeout dishes- varied and delicious. Minus - slow service. Relative to other places nearby you have to wait a lot longer.

Got lunch here to take away for the first time whilst in London for an event. Food is made to order, I had the veg bowl and needed a few adjustments for allergies - the team were super accommodating and thoughtful on potential replacements for the things that could be included instead. Everything included was fresh and flavourful, I really enjoyed it. Thank you

Pretty sure this is the best healthy food vendor in all of London. The quality of ingredients is unbeatable, and the cooking is done with great sophistication. The meats and fishes are so well-marinated/seasoned and cooked. Ingredients are carefully chosen— their thoughtfulness in choice of ingredients to represent different palettes (eg. picked cucumbers and radishes, black fungus for Japanese / rice berry and Thai herbs) clearly standout from other vendors. Please patronise so they stay in business!

Came here for some really good food as a healthy alternative to salads. Great menu with a variety of tasty options, staff are really attentive to personal needs and the quick service meant I could takeway my food in good time. I would highly recommend this place as they offer something completely different which makes keepa lunch healthy but exciting.

I’ve tried a variety of bowls here and the Thai one with grilled chicken is the best! Great marinade on the chicken and nice little side salads. Portion is big and hearty for a salad and place gets really busy during lunchtime.

Got lunch from here whilst working close by. The food here was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend the Grilled Chicken Middle Eastern Jewel Bowl and the Halloumi side. I will definitely be going back to try out some of the other bowls from here.

Visited Grain Kitchen on Monday lunch. Place was busy Restaurant offers variety of options named “bowl”. Each options are made to order with selection of vegetables, grains base and protein, all top up with different sauce. You can always add proteins from list of marinated and grilled fish; meat or cheese. I decided to go for the salvitaxada vegan bowl with grilled chicken. I quite enjoyed the dish. Vegetables are nice roasted and give different contrast of texture. The patty quinoa were filling but not too dry. I wish it could have more sauce and the chicken was a bit dry. Portion are good with correct price (£7.25 + £.250 for chicken) Would recommend and probably visiting again.

We visited Grain Kitchen yesterday and both my belly and eyes were suprised by delicious, eye-catching healthy food options! We had California and Thai bowls. To be honest, l haven't tried anything similar to this, but l really enjoyed every single piece of my food. Our dishes was served in 10-15min by friendly staff members. This kitchen provides fresh water seasoned with orange and l guess mint for free for their customers. I have noticed that there are hot and cold food options which could be taken away or eaten inside. This is a cozy place to have a lunch and l will strongly recommend to visit this place!
