I can only say that my experience was excellent. Staff were very welcoming, wonderful decor and authentic Italian experience. The eggs Benedict and egg’s florentine were perfect and so was the coffee. Very reasonable priced for the location. Would definitely recommend

Chuc's Kensington accommodated our party very graciously as originally we were booked for terrace seating and ultimately moved indoors due to the weather. I thought I had changed the booking online, but when we arrived our host clarified the situation and was able to get us set up inside in no time. Both restaurant hosts who served us were extremely attentive, helpful, and were a big part of making it such a lovely and memorable evening! It had a very classy and welcoming feel with thoughtful artwork hanging making it feel like you were really in Italy. There was a real welcoming living-room feel throughout. The bathroom was very spotless as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and for providing such a wonderful character filled space!
