The Grill at Harrods is a sit down option offering grilled meats and steaks. The atmosphere is a little chaotic and hectic with lots of people go in and out the food hall. We made a reservation online and was able to skip the queue. The staff were mixed here. Our main waitress was super friendly and helpful but the staff serving the food were rushed. They would forcefully hand the food to you instead of putting it in the table. There were no explanations of what the different dishes were as well. We had to taste the steaks to see which is which cut.. The food was good though. Chicken was a little dry but the steaks were well cooked. USDA option was the best as expected. Sides average. Decent wine.

I had a great dinner and a fantastic waitress. The food was prepared perfectly. I did walk in without a reservation and sat at the counter top/bar area. I do recommend making a reservation, especially with a larger group. When you make your reservation, they will ask for a credit card.

I just had the best steak in my life. Expensive but worth every pound. The food is just amazing 🤩 the beef, salad, truffle fries and mac cheese 👌🏼 The service also was excellent and welcoming. Strongly recommend 👍🏻
