My son and I can’t wait for the shop to be open again. Totally yummy food.
I first came across Mike's Kitchen when I moved to Battersea about 6 years ago via Just Eat on a very hungover Saturday. The food is great for what it is. It is not gourmet dining, but for a fish and chip shop it is pretty darn good! Their minimum order on Just Eat is £15 so you have to order a lot to hit that level. I have had their hummus and pitta - good, their battered sausage is also good, the burger is tasty, the drinks are nice and cold. the pie's are ok, but the chips are proper fish and chip shop chips the portions are good small is fine for one person, and the chicken nuggets are the best I have had anywhere! So crispy, better than any other fast food restaurant I have been to. I have since then introduced my housemates to their chicken nuggets and we are now all obsessed! The only down side is they are closed on Sundays :( and the only thing that would make it better would be if they served milkshakes!
Great food & great speed on getting your food to you. My brother was over the moon with how the food tasted and how quickly and hot it was, (as his a bit away from shop) Staff couldn't be more helpful with the ordering over the phone, which I'm very grateful for, as the food was for my brother. He has ask me to say thank you to yourselves and also ask if I could order again for him sometime, because he loved the food, which I'm more then happy to do. Look forward to dealing with you again.

Top marks for top fish, chips and kebabs.
Tried them out for the first time via Deliveroo and was certainly not disappointed! Went for the extra large chicken shish kebab with extra chilli and it was absolutely delicious!!! Great portion size (as expected), very tender chicken, nice onions and salad and awesome and hot chilli sauce!
10/10 would recommend and will definitely order again.
The best kebab shop south of the river. I have been ordering from Mikes for over two years now, and have never been let down. The doner and shish meat is well cooked and the salads they provide with it are very fresh. They are one of the few restaurants in London that still does nice traditional thick cut chips!
Amazing food. My favourite is meat and chips layered with chillie sauce and garlic mayonnaise. Fresh food. Parking is a challenge however, can park on a side street after 7pm. They also do delivery
Probably the best fish and chips place I’ve been to in an extremely long time. Will definitely be coming back. Also the lady that served us was lovely and very helpful
Love the food from Mike's Kitchen, but unfortunately they haven't been available since last year, ???? I received an e-mail last week to say that they are open again, and tried on Saturday 12-05-18 to order both by phone (couldn't get through) and on-line (web site says. "Not taking orders at this time") WHAT'S HAPPENING? Frustration all round.
I know that they say fish and chips tastes better at the seaside. But in the shadow of Battersea Dogs Home I could have been in Worthing. Excellent !!
love their fish and chips which also come with salad. the fish is fresh and done to perfection and chips are just right, not grease. The salad was nice- a little extra on the side
Amazing Food! Very delicious! The lamb doner tastes Amazinng ive had it a few times already! They have just opened up a week ago and we as a family have missed their burgers and kebabs!!!! ❤️
