Deeply disappointed. Purchased a coffee, sandwich and a blueberry balanced bowl used by date today at around 1pm . First scoop and it was fizzing in my mouth. It’s clearly gone off. Terrible.

I don't normally visit Pret A Manger. Not that it isn't a splendid place to enjoy a hot or cold beverage and a snack meal.
I chose an Americano coffee that someone kindly bought for me. …
Had my usual ham & cheese croissant but all of them were burnt. I always go to the counter to ask for a fresh one / not burnt, but they always say that's how it comes out.
