Very nice Asian spot. Good food, friendly staff and very cheap. Had a chicken noodle soup and was very good. Great value.
Really tasty and quick serving Chinese food. Good for the meat eaters but not so for the vegetarians. I was told the flavours are standard but whenever I eat there I always enjoy the food. Right next to the station, quick lunch and go is at best
Growing up in Hong Kong, I was hardly impressed by any Asian restaurants in Western countries because they simply don’t resemble a taste of home (with Canada an exception). Ever since moving to London, I have always stayed clear of China Town as I never had a satisfied meal there and wouldn’t recommend people going there for Chinese food. In a nutshell, if I ever crave for Chinese food, I would put in the effort to do some cooking myself rather than paying the money for food that I know I wouldn’t be happy about.
A good near authentic noodle bar.
Interiors needs improvement but the food is good. Definitely would like to try it one more time to find other interesting things to eat.
Great food as ever, speedy service and wonderful portions for the amount you pay! Very satisfied. Waiters/waitresses seemed slightly flustered/rude at times but the food compensated for that!
Delicious!. Fancy a very tasty meal but have a small budget? This is the perfect place to go! Right next to Shepherds Bush Station (Central Line), bright and clean atmosphere, very popular. Portions are very generous and always delicious - I would highly recommend the juices, chow mein and noodle soups! But you will be spoiled for choice!
I was told to visit Chop Chop noodle bar by a friend today for lunch, he ordered fried noodle with mix meat (pork, chicken, fish cake) for me, in-fact I wasn’t expecting a spectacular or a different taste meal/noodles. I was so impressed with the whole meal, well cooked and seasoned, delicious and tasty. If you are a lover of noodles, please try chop chop noodle bar. I will definitely come again with my girl friend.
We visited this place for lunch a couple of days back and the food was better than what we expected. I would recommend their chicken chow mein and the soups were quite nice as well. The portions are huge and and prices are reasonably cheap. I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a cheap and worthy lunch.
This place is a good option for those looking for a wholesome meal at an extremely reasonable price. With their signature orange and apple juices on offer, this place is a real charmer.
The best features in the restaurant have to be the 3 pounds filling meal.
The service staff is good enough and are efficient in terms of execution of orders.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place if one is in the neighbourhood and looking for a cheap and reasonable experience which would leave you content as well.
This is not the place you would want to visit if you are looking for something fancy and sophisticated .But delicious food is guaranteed!
The service too is not very friendly and more focused towards delivering the food super fast.
The value for money at this joint is excellent which low charges and more than substantial portions .The food is plain fantastic.
The menu offers Asian cuisine and the flavors are traditional.
I am a regular and this place is perfect for late hours.
Not bad. Cheap and convenient for a quick meal with a South East Asian and Cantonese vibe to the menu. As per the pictures, the char kwei teow isn’t bad but the beef hor fun with black bean sauce has very little hor fun...
Fantastic for what it is!
There's not much service to speak of, but the food and prices absolutely make up for that.
Popped in here with a friend and we were very happy with our meal. Good selection of dishes as well as many gegetarian options. We really liked it.
Food is great! Really fast and very cheap. Great place if you are really hungry since portions are massive! Service isnt great, might seem a bit rude at times but if you are there for the food and not the experience then this is your place.
Decent south east Asian restaurant. Huge portion with plenty of taste at a reasonable price. The Malaysian fried rice, Kway Teow or Laksa are recommended along with the Kangkung belachan or green beans with minced pork
Reopened, brisk, quick, alternate table seating.
Ordered Bak(Pork/Meat) Kut(Bone/Ribs?) Teh(Tea) aka Tea Bag Pork Ribs.
Has also chinese mushrooms, beancurd, pork ribs, pork cutlets (and not belly pork meat cuts, nor anything lower) and no tea bag in it. Savoury bone broth with dark soya sauce or it may be due to the tea bag of herbs used in its simmering.
This dish if ordered in Malaysia, would not use this grade of meats normally and I would need to put aside alot of it.
Good unusual meat fix.
£11.30? with tea.
Tried prawn Ho-fun with gravy, dish well done.
Cheap, large portions : a big plus. It's not intimate or cosy but it's good for a filling up of you're pushed for time. And the staff leave you alone which is great unless they forget your drink order. I also go to the King's Cross branch.
Cheap and Cheerful! Food is a little on the greasy side but good variety, big portions and good prices. The friendly staff and super quick service brings us back every time we need a quick bite. Our favs are Curry Laksa Vermicelli and Seafood Ho Fun in Egg Sauce. Yum!
Served till late. Quality food and good customer service. Clean environment too. Moderately priced.
Generally has stuff you'd find on a chinese buffet menu. It can be hit and miss with the dishes but cheap so I cant really complain.
Great little restaurant located just around the corner from the station. The food is delicious and comes out quickly. You order what you want by writing the quantity you want next to the item on the menu provided. The food is really well priced for the quality you get and the portions are large. Tried the Laksa and it was delicious. Would definitely come back here again.
