Costa still serves the best cup of tea of any of the high Street chains that do tea. Food and cakes are also very good. The staff are always very pleasant.

I really like this Costa coffee, staff are very friendly and keep this Costa coffee in a really clean and tidy condition. The coffee was excellent, very well made, and the food was delicious. Seating is comfortable and plug sockets means we could stay here for a while. WiFi very quick! Good part of the shopping mall.

The staff were very polite . Also dealt appropriately with a very irate customer who was demanding a coffee but was not stating which type he wanted, just kept shouting coffee. The young lady was very patient with him and then again with the rude partner who collected the coffees. The staff should not have to put up with it!
