Have been going for years but not since the refurb. As always food was excellent and service was with a smile. Great value for money. Love their burger and hand cut chips
Genco is such a friendly and welcoming vibe to chill…has just re-opened under new management I believe….delicious coffee, pastries and lunches made fresh every day. Thoroughly recommend it.
Exceptional all round. Nice,relaxed vibe, very friendly staff, small menu for lunch but all well considered and home made, lovely coffee. Bit of an oasis in the madness.
Local to my work. Luncheonette pop up in residence right now. The food is really fabulous...enjoying the changing daily grain bowls and soups and yummy homemade cakes. Really good value.

We were staying in Aldgate for 3 days and, our "usual" place for meals had closed down. My husband spotted a plaque on the wall and we inadvertently saw the "chalked board" showing food menu. Oh, what a lovely place - peaceful, attractive surroundings and the most "scrummy food" and delicious coffee. Disappointed that the lady from Donegal will be leaving soon but no doubt the smiley service and fantastic meals will be prepared by someone equally welcoming in the future. We will return soon. Arty food, elevated to delight in it's craft and flavour combinations. Perfect coffees and teas. Smart atmosphere. Kind staff. What's not to love?
