Loved this branch of M&S which leads to the station.
There is also an entrance on street level.
The variety was impressive for a cosy branch.
Tills are available on both floors.
This shop is positioned on the top of the Green Park station and is near to the Green Park and Buckingham palace. I went on the bank holida, and only the working time was short, but this is normal. All the shelves were full of stock and food. Everything was prepared for the lot of the customers coming on the Coronation weekend to see the events around this week.
I got some help with my purchase by one of the staff named Ahsan . The till area was clean and tidy , I really liked the environment. The behaviour of the staff is kind , nice.
Fantastic store that has some good prices! It’s lacking in a freezer section which is a shame! But canned foods are dirt cheap in here.
Has a card section and little accessories.
Has a decent little array of vegan foods and the shop is spanned over two floors and connects directly into green park tube station so it’s very accessible.
Open good hours for locals and people passing though.
Is fully served with self service checkout which I absolutely love to see! More humans can go an enjoy their pleasure and leisure time without having to do that task of a machine. It’s the way of the future! Maybe train the few store staff you have in mechanic and electrical skills so they can fix and maintain the machines tho.
Served by AHSAN at the tills , super friendly and easy going to talk to, was feeling a bit down and he lifted my entire mood from such a small interaction, what an amazing and genuine person to have working at M&S, will come back to be served by him again !!
Convenient given location by Green Park underground. However the layout is strange. Upstairs and downstairs. Small branch. I just think they need to make the branch easier to navigate.

Walked in today to grab some snacks and couldn't see anything, but there was an amazing staff member explaing, that the shop has a lower level to it as well 😱 I didn't notice the name badge, but the man was wearing grey uniform, had a strong accent and was very very friendly and helpful. I found everything I wanted. Amazing customer service! Well done 👏🏻
Good and affordable morning coffee at the lower floor. I go there also for the lovely, most friendly coffee lady in the morning - she is the best!
Go sometime in the morning to get my coffee and pain au chocolat. The lady barista is lovely and bubbly. She knows the regulars and their usual drink. A coffee and a pastry is around £3.70, 1/2 cheaper than local cafés.
