Mama Delicious Limited

I attended Mama Delicious recently with my friend from school. She and I had a lovely evening and the food was well seasoned, excellently prepared and presented. We had Seabass, Prawns, Coconut Rice and Salad. What a delightful meal with great service. We are planning another visit with more friends from school.

We went there with high expectations and I am glad to say that Debra aka Mama Delicious have exceeded them by a mile. You get the feeling, both in terms of food and environment, as you were dining at a friend's house and Mama Delicious and H(sorry if it's written wrong!) did everything they could to make us feel welcome! She has also made a custom sauce for my partner that is diabetic. Get your hands dirty, enjoy the food and get ready for a delicious night!

Upon arrival my sister, my mum and I were made to feel welcome and were received by a hospitable and professional chef who is also the owner. The atmosphere and decor made my mum felt like she was in her native Dominica. The seafood soup and lobster in the bag were phenomenal! This food reminds me of the dishes served in New Orleans and throughout Louisiana. Mama Delicious could rival any Creole restaurant over there!

From the moment I called to make a booking at 'Mama Delicious', to the moment of leaving the establishment, we felt welcome and at home. The service friendly and engaging. The sea food was just ammmmmaaazing, full of flavours and delightful to the palate. Presented to rival a Michelin starred restaurant. I was so pleasantly surprised, what is displayed is exactly what you get and so reasonably priced.

The food here is just beautiful. It is a MUST to come and taste. I attended with my daughter and she was so happy with the lobster bag. It came with libster, prawns,king prawns, potato and sweetcorn and exquisitely spiced. I tasted the lobster, it was heavenly! This was ordered with coconut rice which was fluffy, tasty and 20 out of 10.(if you understand my meaning) I had the steamed seabass which just worked beautifully with the spices. The steamed vegetables were cooked to perfection. To top it all Deborah was a fantastic host ensuring that the food arrived promptly and giving time between orders. Along with Deborah was her brother who was so lovely and hospitable. Please do come and taste! You won't be disappointed
