I have been coming here for years, and I've searched all round London to find authentic quality value Japanese food. No where else satisfies my craving for a Bento Box, best in London and it doesn't cost you an arm an a leg. The owner is so sweet and runs the place, makes everything fresh to order. If you haven't gone... GO, great value and great flavour, a hidden gem of New cross. Great vegan and vegetarian options, great for all honestly. My fave was the vegan Bento box, the tofu melts in your mouth, its delicate art.

Came here after getting some tattoos and I absolutely loved it!! Before I get in to the review this place does cash or bank transfer only so just keep that in mind!!! The food/menu reminded me of Eat Tokyo in central London but honestly this was X10 better!! My friend got the seafood udon and I got a katsu curry bento and then some soft shell crab sushi roll to share, the food came fast and was super fresh everything was crispy and warm, the fish tasted really nice and not slimy like some sushi can be, the reasturant is on the smaller side but the atmosphere was cosy and the owners always speak so nicely and politely to everyone!! If you are eyeing this on Google maps this is your sign to eat here :)

Lovely little place with generous portions and tasty veggie options. I had the veggie bento box and since I didn't know how big it would be, I ordered some extra veggie sushi on the side (turns out the box is a plenty filling meal). The food arrived very quickly too, and I appreciated the generous pot of tea. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick and affordable lunch or dinner. Note: It's cash only, so worth stopping by the ATM at the Sainsbury nearby first!
