Asda

Appalling place, the staff appear so lazy and reluctant to help (apart from Vanita) . The only staff I see putting any real effort in are management, usually seen stocking shelves and tidying. I went to collect a George order today and had to wait ages for it to be brought out, I have MS and my legs could hardly hold me up and I felt really unwell while having to stand there so long. There was no sense of urgency to bring out the parcel. I wasn't the only one waiting, there were four other people, at just gone 8am. Then when you leave, the alarms go off on goods you have bought and paid for online. It's unacceptable and the system needs overhauling and improvement. Widespread abuse of disabled spaces, especially white vans early on weekdays. More stringent monitoring and enforcement is needed.

Worst place ever, there is never anyone to help you with your enquiries especially if you have a disability, there were three staff members at the self check out and I was feeling faint and just wanted a bit of assistance because the machine was playing up. And the three members just looked and walked away without trying to help. When I say look not at the machine,they look at me struggling and Even though I was begging them to help me. They didn't even cared. Worst place I have ever been. It's such a disgrace.

We have been hearing in the media that Asda is cheaper on basic products, even more so than Lidl or Aldi. So we went there to check it out and we were disappointed. In my opinion it is not true - it is more expensive and we ended up paying more for the same basket of goods when compared to other large supermarkets. The variety isn't as good as other large stores either - limited variety of veg for sure but petrol and diesel is cheaper here and there us a lot of parking. Given the cost of living is going up, large supermarkeys shiuld really be helping. I am sure Asda is trying to help with costs but not for our usual basket of goods. We will stick to our usual supermarkets. :)

I am very unhappy with the service from Asda and response; or should I say lack of response. Nearly half the shopping that I ordered did not arrive and when I called to query this I found that I was unable to speak to an actual person, the automated service just tells you to go online. How ridiculous. I couldn't get anything sorted for all I know the driver could have still had my shopping in the van.
