Maharaja Of India - London - Photo album

Good find - have passed it for years thinking it would be a tourist trap. Food all good - as you would expect from a good traditional Bengali restaurant. Standard menu with all the typical starters and mains. Service very good and frantic. Needs a proper front person to Marshall the traffic.
Nice little Indian restaurant in the heart of the city. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is authentic and very flavoursome. My chicken Madras was packed with large chunks of tender chicken. My only gripe was the tiny amount of chilli sauce served with my onion bhaji starter, but t
Absolutely fantastic food and service. We found this place just for a meal before a show and wished we had more time to spend. The environment is perfect. The recommendations were spot on and the staff was so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Nayem was our waiter and he was fabulous. He suggested items from the menu that I would not normally order. There was no leftovers. Lamb and chicken looked the same but they definitely tasted different. Can recommend the mushroom rice.
Amazing food, found this little gem and didn’t disappoint. Great menu and great sercie. service. Shout out to my server Nayem for being so attentive and kind. Fast service too.
Great food and very friendly staff. Nayem was super nice & helped us pick out which plates to order. He made the experience even better for us!
Nayem, our server, truly excelled, ensuring our every need was met. The food quality, service, and professionalism were reminiscent of my childhood in LA. Whether you're a tourist or a local, this restaurant is a must-visit. The only downside is the limited space, but it adds to the intimate atmosph

Food was perfect and Nayem was the best waiter with a lovely smile and kindness! We are deffinately going to visit this restaurant, again!
The food was AMAZING! The night before we went to another Indian restaurant with rave reviews around the corner, but we left unsatisfied and wanting authentic Indian food. This place delivered! Wonderfully spiced and had a great selection for my vegan wife as well. And the staff was wonderful!
The food is very good but if you like it very spicy you will have to convince the waiter. I got #42 and it was delicious but I needed a couple more scoops of spicy sauce added despite asking for extra spicy initially. Nayem was very accommodating, if a little doubtful of how spicy I could handle t
Nayem was helpful and so attentive. The food was fantastic and authentic Indian. We wished we lived in London so we could go back again and again.
We had great food and great service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nayem did a great job!
Had a really lovely meal here with my partner who hadn't been in a while. Food was fresh and delicious (lime pickle is definitely a must try). Young team who deserve to do well. Welcoming and very reasonably priced. Needs to lift the atmosphere a little and have the staff a little less tense and
