I have been going to this restaurant for 30 years. The food has always been excellent and the staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly.

Good find - have passed it for years thinking it would be a tourist trap. Food all good - as you would expect from a good traditional Bengali restaurant. Standard menu with all the typical starters and mains. Service very good and frantic. Needs a proper front person to Marshall the traffic.

The staff are very friendly and attentive.
The food is authentic and very flavoursome. My chicken Madras was packed with large chunks of tender chicken.
My only gripe was the tiny amount of chilli sauce served with my onion bhaji starter, but the waiter sorted that very quickly when I brought it to his attention.
Absolutely fantastic food and service. We found this place just for a meal before a show and wished we had more time to spend. The environment is perfect. The recommendations were spot on and the staff was so wonderful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Nayem was our waiter and he was fabulous. He suggested items from the menu that I would not normally order. There was no leftovers. Lamb and chicken looked the same but they definitely tasted different. Can recommend the mushroom rice.

Nayem, our server, truly excelled, ensuring our every need was met. The food quality, service, and professionalism were reminiscent of my childhood in LA. Whether you're a tourist or a local, this restaurant is a must-visit. The only downside is the limited space, but it adds to the intimate atmosphere.
Very very delicious food. We had the Butter Chicken and it was AMAZING. One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. Especially Nayem the waiter is a very nice and generous person. 👍10/10
