Itsu

I went the other day just before the closing time, was really hungry as I just ended my class at uni. The food was alright but what made me so thankful is that the service given to me by one of the staffs, I believe her name is Relia or Reliza the one with the headscarf, can’t really remember her name(sorry), talked to her for a second, I didn’t know that itsu has amazing staffs with impressive attitude like that, just similar to where I’m from in Thailand. The service eased me and the food fill my tummy 👍. Thank You itsuuuu really really love your service, I’ll definitely will come back again along with my friends this week. Love ❤️

Always consistently great every time I go to Itsu. Have to say, I mistakenly lost my headphones when I was there and the staff member, Reliza, went above and beyond to help me! We couldn't find them at the time, but she did after I left. When I was back there two weeks later, she gave them to me! Magic! Very helpful.

I went here for lunch with my friend, the food was really well prepared, tasty and the service was friendly. All of the boxes looked so nice I didn't know what to choose, that's when I someone came up and helped me out, I think it was the manager because she didn't wear the uniform like other workers. Overall I highly recommend this place.

This store is by far the nicest I have visited, the staff are always helpful, shelves well stocked and cleanliness is always 5 star. I visit regularly, and have to do a special shout out to Asia and Fjodors who have always helped me, when I wasn’t sure what dishes consisted of, or when I was coming to terms with the self serve tills. This store is on Eastcastle street, situated 5 minutes from Oxford Circus station .

Excellent Itsu. Food is similar everywhere but loved this bright clean eating space so near the West End. I ate in on my own at lunchtime and it was relaxed and everywhere in this store was super clean. You check out your own food but there was a staff member on-hand to help if you struggle. I had the light Salomon Sushi, some dark chocolate rice-cakes and tasty Kombucha drink.
