Sometimes even being on healthier side , you crave for something sweet but one can still stay for the healthy options when it comes to satisfying your taste buds .
Having try this amazing Korean healthy dessert - cashew icecream with fruit 💕
I haven't had much of Korean food so having spotted Kimchee to Go (vs another Japanese chain restaurant around) I picked for Kimchee to get a change of pace.
I wanted to try a few different things so I got the chicken Bibimbap and the Chicken Tuigim. The Bibimbap was something I didn't quite enjoy because it had a fishy smell which I don't like. I realise it's one of Korea's most famous dishes but it wasn't for me. I think I just didn't get it. It was quite elaborate with all the diced vegetables, chicken and rice.
The chicken Tuigim was really good on the other hand. I like udon noodles and the tonkatsu sauce was done well. It was full of flavour. Highly recommended noodle dish.
The staff was efficient and helpful.
I would recommend Kimchee to Go for a different Asian experience & for those who are not quite familiar with Korean cuisine. There's a full fledged Kimchee restaurant around which may be a better experience.
Now they running 50% off. So the big KFC is only 8 quid, can easily feed 2 lads. Food tasted good. Its a fast food place, you'll struggle to get a seat and queues will be likely. But the price and quality balance is worth the wait. Will be coming back again for a naughty munch
Great little spot for some good Korean food. I'm not an expert, seems relatively authentic - nonetheless very tasty. Love their beef bulgogi rice and Korea fried chicken salad. Perfect for lunch or an early dinner we after work, when it's relatively quiet.
Impressive selection of Korean food and one of the best bibimbap I've had in London. More popular for takeaway food but definitely worth a visit.
Had the Beef Bulgogi and the Beef was amazing! Wasn't overly keen on the rice. Great service and great food
Great food! Nice selection of dishes, relaxing atmosphere.
Best Korean Restaurant.
I'm Korean living in the UK so I've been many Korean restaurants in the UK. This is top class Korean restaurant I've been. Some restaurants are focused on only Korean so it could be bad for others. But this restaurant CEO is the same person with Wasabi which is Sushi take-away chain in London. So it is good for Londoner, European and Korean as well. I love it!!
Without a doubt an outstanding trip to Korea and its culture. The food was as marvellous as the service, which showed how kind Korean people are in order to always make us comfortable and to be in a most cozy place. I recommend it to everyone!
Great value for money for quality healthy food...broccoli, potatoes, ginger..tasty too - that spicy chicken! beef a little dry and drinks are a little expensive ...would appreciate some beers to choose from. Service attentive and restaurant nice relaxing place to chill out. I eat here at least twice a week usually sitting down but sometimes getting a take away.
I have been to the Restaurant in Tottenham Court Road several times and I only recently noticed this" to go " version of the beloved Korean....
I had little to choose from but to be honest I had a great lunch: I ordered a Vegan wrap with Tofu, row veg, rice, mushrooms and radishes and I watched a lovely lady rolling it up in front of me with the most amazing care and skill 😊
Then I had some thick noodles with Tofu, chilli and a nice, sticky soy sauce,a generous portion, probably enough for two to share.
The restaurant is small but clean and welcoming,as you order you are given colour coded buzzers to collect your food at the counter when it's ready.
I have a very limited choice of dishes but I can't fault anything about the place.Worth a try
Fantastic place. My boss treated me to some kimchee for lunch and it was delicious. I think the prices are reasonable for what you get and its good quality Korean food. I've tried the hot food sweet and sour chilli chicken with rice and I would highly recommend the beef yummy!
