The Old Change has a great atmosphere and great food! I enjoyed it very much. The location is excellent, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral. Very unique design. I definitely recommend the burgers!

My partner and I went for lunch on Saturday to The Old Change Bar and Kitchen. The atmosphere in the afternoon was really nice with some other customers and a little bit of background music but not at the level we needed to shout. My partner had the Wild Boar Sausages with Mash and Green Beans. From the tastes that I had the sausages were expertly cooked being really nice and crisp on the outside while still being moist and juicy on the inside with a gamey flavour. The mash was creamy and smooth, the beans were well cooked as well. My partner really enjoyed the dish. For my dish I had a small seafood sharing platter. It had some cod, fish cakes, scampi, whitebait and skin on chips. All were very well cooked. The batter on the cod was light, the bread crumbs on the rest were chrisp, the scampi was moist in the mouth, the whitebait was very tasty with the tartare sauce. The chips.. they were on an even higher level being fluffy on the inside really crisp on the outside and just a light dusting of salt. For 'desert' we tried the cocktails on tap. The Espresso Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri were both really tasty. I could see people enjoying them in the evening or at an event. Ali and Phoebe were great hosts and I'll be recommending the place to my friends

Nice hidden Gem of a Bar just behind some office buildings, you'd never know it was there if you weren't already in the know. Had an impromptu business lunch here and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was lovely and tasted fresh. I opted for the Steak Ciabatta with cheese and onion Chutney i think it was and it was very nice. The drinks here are reasonable for London prices. This bar is 1 minute from St Pauls and 1 minute from the Millennium Bridge and the views from here are amazing but unfortunately you can't see this from the Bar.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, when it was quiet for a cold beer. And what a surprise! We stayed for a meal not expecting much as we thought it was just a bar. But the food was really good, well cooked, good portions and fresh. The service was very friendly and you could not ask for more! Will visit again.

It's always disconcerting walking into a new place to see a empty room. It can either be terrible and everyone is avoiding it or it can be great and just hidden gem. I glad to say this is the latter. We had the fish and chips and both is bang on the money. Chips are flavoursome with skin on and the fish is fresh. For £13 plus a pint of Frontier, you really couldn't go wrong. Looking forward to another visit!

Friendly staff and the place has a great outside area. Didn't eat here so can't mention about the food. Lost a star because the men's toilet is shockingly run down.

Found this place by accident. Clean and modern looking with plenty of space. Also has a 20% discount on food and drink for local businesses up until July which makes it below a fiver for a pint of Peroni which is bloody cheap around here! I havent eaten here yet but look forward to adding the last star as the menu looks good. Give it a try - not the usual type of bar around here.

Absolute gem of a place right in the heart of the City but tucked away in a quiet side street. Fantastic food that was tasty and fresh and lots of it. Very good price for middle of London. Staff are its best asset..attentive, pleasant and very quick. Clean and comfortable and a little gated garden round the corner if the weather is nice (not part of the pub). Thoroughly recommended.
