Kfc London

Order 29/08/21. The food arrived with missing items, cold, shocking food quality and the chicken was pink. Called the customer service number but says "unable to accept calls", called Just Eat but no answer, called KFC main line but no answer. I have raised this via email for full refund as the service and food was shocking. Please don't order from here just go to a nicer place or make it at home. It's easily done. AVOID THIS PLACE! ALSO! I just checked and the restaurant is now showing as closed. I assume staffing issues? Lack of supples? These are understandable issues. HOWEVER, I feel that this KFC branch has just sent my family the left over food, which is cold and stale! I assume the missing item was due to a lack of cooked food, so saving time. Am I right? Again, don't buy from this place. They obviously don't care about customers and mislead them.

We have order food from just eat. But they delivery the food cook day before. Because we have food bad smile and we can't able eat .then we went to ask for refund. The shop owner said they never ever give to the refund for customers. If we take only exchange. Is that law from KFC .We don't know about law of all KFC law?? We have pass the information to the ENFIELD COUNCIL aswell.

They're was at least 3 or 4 members of staff working here, the place was empty, only 1 other person waiting for their order and not a single person came to the till for ages to take my order, they've also made sure all the chairs are on top of the table so no one can sit down, looks like this KFC only cares about it's ubereats orders

Great customer service organise fast and efficient and good to see we can choose our chicken pieces! Never the less I have to comment about the food can be much fresher please, glad to know this branch do vegan Burgers. Since vegan burgers please ensure mayonnaise is Vegan… kfc cannot cheat customers like this. (This goes for all KFC’s in General catering Vegan option) I do not and am not permitted to eat anything from animal! Please KFC to understand the Vegan ways too! Chips, to be cooked in the hour and not cooked from before and to be fresh and consistent if possible. Same with chicken as I saw pieces for Family looked like chicken from late afternoon. Is it a possibility your staff are over using food to Cooked and leave in heating ovens? Food as mentioned above,to be cooked within the hour. I know it’s pressure for the staff to keep up on fresh foods and not letting customers wait but fresh is better than not fresh within the hour.

Thank you for possibly being the worst KFC branch ever imaginable This KFC branch is a complete mess. If your lucky to have your food arrive, it's hit and miss whether it's nice or not. If your unlucky and your food doesn't arrive, they never bother to resolve the problem. I've called this branch numerous times and they decline or just put the phone lines on hold... Avoid this place at all costs save your money
