Ordered coffee and honey cake. The coffee was good and honey cake was quite nice and fresh. It was a decent portion too. Just an issue with the seating. The empty tables were not cleared up. Had to clear up myself and wipe table. Perhaps this is an issue unrelated to the cafe itself as the seating seems to be managed by Westfield . The cleaner who eventually came and cleared other tables had the Westfield uniform.
The staff working at the cafe are nice and helpful.
First time doing an afternoon tea at Caffé Concerto and we all loved the experience. The food was delicious, the cakes melted on the tongue and the drinks were generously served. There is a wide choice of tea which you can change for hot chocolate (delicous and such a big cup ! ). The atmosphere was nice but it took us a long time and ask three different people for our order to be taken and been explained the concept (despite telling the first person it was our first time here). Overall great experience.
Good drinks and desserts are tasteful and not too sweet.
We also got excellent service, especially from Simone, who took care of us all along 3 hours journey

Simone attended to my request, very professional, warm, patient and made my cocktail to desired preference! It was a strong margarita and was beautifully prepared. I will recommend Simone any day when it comes to getting a cocktail at caffe concerto

Spectacular and a very grand interior design with comfortable seating. It really does enhance our dining experience.

The food was great. The dessert topped with vanilla gelato (refers to attached photo) was excellent. Though I would recommend to share the dessert as it is a big plate and you may find that it is too much halfway through eating the dessert.

Some waitresses were very friendly while some were not so friendly, perhaps due to different culture as I think they don't mean to appear a little rude.

Cafe Concerto is an amazing place to be serviced , delicious cakes, muffins, sandwiches, and more.
I'm here, the team is very friendly an smiling. I ordered an out latte and a caramel muffin, the services were super fast, my caramel muffin is delicious, and my oat latte was warm 😋❤️.
i was so hungry at the mall i decided to give this place a try. i love a quick sandwich with some juice so that's what i got. ham cheese and tomato baguette and strawberry iced tea. it tasted exactly like i wouldve expected. the strawberry iced tea however was so tasty. they said it's housemade. you must try their juice.
I visited the Balcony branch near the food court the other day. I have never had this experience before from the members of staff. I ordered a strawberry Gataeux and a Rainnow, was served very quickly by a young men called Youssef. He was very quick and did not let me wait for too long. Was very hygienic by using gloves and you could see he has all the skills needed to satisfy a customer. The Rainbow was amazing and very tasteful and therefore had to order another one.
Really appreciate the welcoming experience he made me feel and will for sure come back and tell people I know so that they can experience this themselves. Caffe Concerto keep this employee very thought as you won’t find someone as hardworking and passionate about his job as him.
I am very happy to share my experience here this morning in Westfields. I stopped by chance at caffe concerto (in the village) where i had the most delicious porridge, toast and cappuccino. I was treated very politely by the young gentleman who took my order and I didn't feel rushed. I was then helped by Abdul who ensured my visit was enjoyable - he had excellent customer service skills. It was such a fabulous start to my day. Thank you Elizabeth
