Great value tasty food for takeaway. Would like to come and try some of the other meals. I’m not Nigerian and the food was just the right level of chili heat.
Really tasty food, relaxed atmosphere and a balance between eat in and takeaway. Toilet needs attention, cutlery should come as a full set.
Wonderful customer service and the food was great. The best I've had in UK
Ordered on Uber Eats. Absolutely delicous! Suprised my Nigerian mum with Tomi's and she was absolutely delighted - it made her day! Would definitely recommend : )
By far my favourite Nigerian takeaway, and my absolute go to! The portions are right, the food is wholesome and fresh and the owner is friendly. It’s hard to come by those 3 qualities at the same time. Highly recommend 🤩
Good Nigerian food, very friendly people. Having moved out of London, every time I find myself visiting London, I still make sure I stop over to buy food to take back home. Food still tastes excellent in 2022.
I like eating at Tomi's kitchen. I have been eating food since before he actually opened this place like this. I have seen this business grow and expand to what it is now and I have to say, their food does not disappoint. I am not west African but I do love jollof rice. That's what I usually get along with plantains and beef. The meat is on point, the rice is usually very nice the only criticism I have is that the customer service can be improved. Depending on who you find there, they can be rude and even tell you that the meal only comes with 1 piece of meat which is absolutely ridiculous. If you are lucky and find the original team(Tomi etc), these guys are still the same for the past years. They are polite, humble and always ready to deal with you and any complaints quickly and favourably. Nonetheless, the food here for me, has the best jollof ever.
My first time trying African food at this place and I enjoyed it. I got the bean porridge type dish which came with fried fish. The food was tasty and very interesting. Loved the flavours and happy with the friendly service. Will come again to try other things!
Amazing food. There was a guy with a beard who served me and my girlfriend, and his customer service was impeccable. Will defo come here again
It's a reliable takeaway place, solid tasty food. All standard Nigeria food available. Suitable for British pallets that like spicy food. Asaro (Yam Porridge) is one meal that white folk seem to love. Or for something more familiar there jollof rice is pretty good. The staff are cool and will explain what things are if you are curious. There is a restaurant attached but I never eat in. 4/5.
I am Nigerian but that makes me more critical. I like it here as if all else fails and I dont want a Chinese. Tomis never disappoints. My only complaint is the cost. Theres nothing wrong with it, its excellent value for money, £7.50 average meal. But that is a Nigeria portion. I usually get two meals out of it some of my friends get 3. So it's a shame you can't get a £5 combo sort of deal. But like I said. Excellent value for money.
