Chicken Cottage

There chicken wings and burgers are mid to high level depending on the person making them. I found this specific branch of chicken cottage to have far smaller portion sizes than other branches such as tooting. The prices here are also higher than smaller fast food chains and so If there is another fast food shop close by I would rather go there.

All three burgers was raw and chewy, when cut through the middle there was a massive blob (see picture) of something in the middle. Either undercooked or very old chicken. The chips were soggy along with the middle of them still being frozen cold. The bbq and peri peri wings were cold and could tell they were not fresh. The least worst thing they did was to get the drinks wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you’ll end up with a stomach ache from the raw food they send. Luckily got a refund from Ubereats.

Ordered from here through just eat. When the food arrived, the beans were almost frozen, had to heat them up in the microwave. Almost all of the chips were burnt, cold and tasted awful. Burger and chicken strips were ok. I rang them to complain about the chips and they refused to listen to me and kept talking over me. They did not give me a partial refund for the chips. Do. Not order from here. Staff were rude and did not apologise or offer compensation for the inedible chips. Will not be ordering from here again.
