Still no improvement
It’s a cozy and clean spot with friendly staff.
I recently got a TooGoodToGo bag from there, and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to relax with a coffee!
It not only has the best coffee but also the best MAC&CHEESE. Also, for all the Jain or Vegetarian students studying in London, this mac&cheese is a must try. It’s filling and delicious!
went here today around 1 pm - peak lunch time rush hour - Karla was all alone - managing the till, warming food and making drinks for customers - and still had a smile on her face - just amazing :-)
If was a busy morning, 08.15, with only one member of staff - doing click and collect, deliveroo and in person orders. They should never be under this type of pressure, but they handled it impeccably. We should all take a moment to appreciate the pressure baristas are under, Costa you need to do better and support colleagues.
Ordered a maple latte with whole milk, came with a skimmed milk latte. She confirmed it’s whole milk but it actually not! Not sure why the staff is so incompetent!
