I ordered a cake from here at the last minute and over the phone. The lady on the phone was so calm and helpful. She had great product knowledge. I had called the Hounslow branch earlier and they didn't know much and just told me to look up their website for the answers to my questions. Not something I can do whilst driving. Then when I got to the store the staff continued to be great. The location is nice and the store has a large indoor area and outdoor porch-type area.

Great friendly service from the staff. Good food menu with a selection of breakfast lunch. There's a variety of cakes available. Not impressed with the old/modern interior. There's space for family seating. Overall okay in all aspects..
