I ordered a cake from here at the last minute and over the phone. The lady on the phone was so calm and helpful. She had great product knowledge. I had called the Hounslow branch earlier and they didn't know much and just told me to look up their website for the answers to my questions. Not something I can do whilst driving.
Then when I got to the store the staff continued to be great.
The location is nice and the store has a large indoor area and outdoor porch-type area.

I absolutely love this place they serve the best cakes always nice and fresh I always go there when I just need a slice of cake absolutely the best place to go for some cake and other snacks so I will suggest if you're a cake lover definitely try this place and I'm sure you will love it as much as I do.

Great friendly service from the staff. Good food menu with a selection of breakfast lunch. There's a variety of cakes available. Not impressed with the old/modern interior. There's space for family seating. Overall okay in all aspects..

Superb bakery. Hope they will lead the way in healthy sugar free options. This is their opportunity. Will they take it? They started with vegan gluten free.

This place has now moved to Turnham Green Terrace.
It's great for a range of pastries and not chocolate (no good for me, as chocolate is poisonous to dogs). It is pup friendly though so I can always sample some of their sandwiches or fruit tarts.

The latte was really nice and the almond croissant tasted great and was very big! Good value for money compared to other coffee places.

It was ok, the cakes and tarts looked a lot better than they tasted though (except for the raspberry tart which was fantastic!). The service was fine. Would return for the raspberry tarts.
