The staff here are noticeably lovely- one lady in particular was such a nice face to see before I came to sit my University exams at ExCel :) It's now a homely costa for me which will always relax me before I sit my next exams here.
I recommend buying water from anywhere else than here. £2.95 for a bottle of smartwater is outrageous, but I had to firm it and buy the water because those double espressos left me super thirsty.

The staff did an amazing job during the Star Wars Celebration. It was super crowded so it‘s totally normal that you have to wait a bit longer, so no problem for me.
I paid about 4£ for an Iced Coffee with caramel, it tasted amazing and the girls at the register were super kind!
