This is a busy Pret but still best for lunch and breakfast meals and drinks whether hot or cold. It’s only opened weekdays as advertised but manages to have most items in stock despite high footfall especially when there’s an event at Olympia London. There’s a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities and it’s kept clean and tidy, well equipped with tissues and hand soap. I waited long in the queue but my hot drink was made in no time.

I visit pret very often. Specifically this shop couse its near my house so I can easly get there any time. I love the food, its always fresh and tasty. Coffees are great and the shop is tidy and cosy. The staff in the shop is really friendly and polite. They create great atmosphere and seem to be kind people. Even tho I really like this shop I have to say that there is one thing that upsets me. One of the staff member doesnt make a tasty coffee. The woman with light blond, shorter hair doesnt make as good coffee as others. Im always nervous when I go to the shop couse I dont want her to make my coffee however Im shy person and dont feel comfortable to say to the baristas that I dont want her to do it couse its not nice. Whenever she makes my coffee I cant enjoy it. For example when I order mocha its tasty and I never use sugar however when she makes my mocha its so bitter that its not possible to drink it without huge amount of sugar, also I can never taste any chocolate. Other drinks are also untasteful. I wish that maybe she could get like another training or something to improve couse its really sad when I go to get my coffee or something and I cant enjoy it. Usually I force myself to drink at least a bit couse I hate to waste, but I have to throw the most of it. I think that this worker is really nice. She is always smiling and chatting with customers and is really creating great atmosphere but her drinks are simply not good. My friend who buys drinks in this shop said to me that he had same eperiences many times. Im writing this feedback couse I wish she could improve her barista skills or Im going to have to find different coffee shop even if it wont be so close to my house. Even I have this complaint I still think that the shop deserve 5 stars.
A clean efficient Pret. Staff polite and friendly well stocked and watching other customers use with no complaints. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Nic and bright with a great view of the world going by through the window. A decent amount of seating. Background music not too intrusive.
I go to this pret almost every day for my coffee. Generally good, as you’d expect from Pret - a little small so can get crowded at times. Closed weekends :(
This is the best pret coffee shop I have been in London so far ,very clean and very good customer service and fantastic stuff.
This is a really lovely Pret branch with very friendly staff! Store is always kept clean; staff also regularly disinfect tables and chairs. Staff are also lovely with children which is a plus as it’s difficult to go into a cafe/restaurant with small children (they seem to understand this)!! I also like that it’s a smaller store - the range of food items isn’t as large here but they have most of the items I normally purchase anyways! 🤗
A lovely Asian young lady works in this shop and served me. I need to say that she was not only efficient but also extremely kind and smiling, if only everyone was like her, amazing staff, thank you again.
Good shop. Well maintained. Fiendly, sraff. Definitely my favoirite Pret shop

🥐 ☕️Cosy clean cafe to enjoy a cup of coffee with a sandwich or croissant
😌The staff is very nice and friendly. Despite not very nice reviews about costumer service I have had only good experience so far. I often get free coffee in my own Pret cup from super friendly people working there.
☕️🥑🥪Food is always fresh. Lovely selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and hot meals including soups with vegetarian and vegan options available. After lunch time not much is left and there is almost no chance you will get your favourite sandwich in the evening.
🏠The space is not large, but it is very nice and cosy with tall windows. Music is not too loud and most of the time it is a pleasant background music to help get into working mood or just relax. However, because of its small size, the cafe gets extremely crowded during the lunch time so I normally choose to go some place else instead.
😕The cafe has two entrances, one being in use. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet inside, although I cannot imagine how it would be possible to get in with a wheelchair using the entrance with three very steep and narrow steps. UPDATE: I saw the staff was helping a wheelchair user to get in and out. They used the door which is usually not in use and folding ramps. Nice one!
I dont usually share my toughts with chain coffee places because they all have same type of thing,just staff working there makes the change this one is close to where i live i went there afternoon had filter coffee it was freshly done which was nice if you like filter coffee like me if its freshly done just before you its your lucky day and staff was very nice.Thats all we want as customer..
