Came in early when they opened. Was provided with wet menus for some reason. We placed our order and our food arrived very quickly which was nice. The drink machine was not turned on but staff immediately resolved this. The cutlery was relatively dirty, especially the knives. Food was great. The manager was friendly and made sure everyone was happy with their food.

On my third visit to London, I decided to give Nando’s a try with the hope that this chain is everywhere for a good reason - and it did not disappoint! The chicken in my pita pocket was cooked perfectly, and the rainbow slaw and sauces were delicious. My only complaint was that the lettuce was stuffed in last so my first bites were only lettuce and pita bread.
The portion was also quite small for a 14 pound meal. But compared to other restaurant prices in London right now, it’s average.
Although it's not consistent but food quality most of the times is very good. Portion sizes are good too except for the kids meal. Nice atmosphere for the family however, they have some capacity issues to which they try to compensate with sitting arrangements in the basement which is fine but the air conditioning is a bit on a colder side downstairs. In terms of service, I'd suggest to hire more servers as it's really difficult to find someone as soon as people start coming in. Overall a nice family place esp. for Halal food with a good value for money.
My favourite way of having Nandos is always the vusa sauce! Spicy hot and full of flavours! Glad that they finally put them on their menus (although advertised as limited time only in their app, I hope it is to stay permanently). Previously the hottest spice level is only extra hot and for me, it is the best service and respect for spicy lovers and fans already.

My chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and browned on the outside, moist and soft inside. Salads fresh and tasty, botomless soft drinks...
4 stars for atmosphere: it was a bit too noisy, but that came from other costumers, not employees.
It’s a great stop for a delicious family dinner or lunch. They have a wide variety of chicken products. The place also good for kids. There are many different types of kids menu. The vagabond and vegetarian menu options are also available in the menu. The car parking a bit hard on that location but if you are a local this is a great option for you and your friends
Tonight at Nando's Kensington, we had an absolutely lovely dining experience. Good food & their fantastic service impressed us from the moment we walked in until the end of our meal. It was because their attentive staff made us feel valued throughout, and we extend special thanks to the staff for accommodating our special request. We will definitely return to this store!

The food was really good for the price. The service was pretty good but not excellent. The atmosphere left something to desire. No view. A few dirty tables left for too long, etc.
