I've personally attended this Subway frequently, and think that the staff are extremely friendly. It frequently has menu items in stock and is generally quite fast at serving the queues.
I would have awarded five-stars, but I noticed that they frequently use the same knife to cut vegetarian sandwiches as those with meat. I frequently request them not to cut my food as a result, but it's not something that you would know if you only went once.
They do seem to have a policy in place to prevent this happening, however, in the heat of the moment it can happen.
Their Halal certificate went out of date at one point and was like that for a couple weeks. I'm a vegan so that did not bother me, but I suspect it may have been alarming for those that visited and cared about that.
