I’ve been a loyal customer to Bubblology and I’m always there getting drinks for me and my family Normally this place has a worst customer service and the boys are always touching up the girls and laughing while customers just wait and wait but sunday was quite different the girl at the till I’ve never seen before I’m assuming she’s a new employee but she was so adorable,friendly and patient and she made sure to let me take my time and try new things kudos to dat girl👏🏼

Amazing today was my first time at Bubblelology and the server at the front till the pretty young lady wearing all black and had a really beautiful smile she was so sweet, friendly and had such a positive energy she was helpful and made my child very happy with the drink she recommended my daughter loved the passion fruit she recommended and loved the server to the extent where I have to take her back there tomorrow

Bubble tea was great. Service was good. Felt sorry for the servers, the sun was beating down on them through the glass facade. My girls like their bubble tea here than the other franchise on LG.

My daughter was DESPERATE to try bubble tea, and you didn't disappoint. We had to come 3 days running whilst staying near Westfield 😊

My daughter is currently obsessed with this place! we come Westfield just to get a drink 😁.. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Apart from the long queues the service is great.

All I can say is, I spent 2 hours here drinking bubble tea!
To start with, I never liked bubble tea but after coming here, that's all I can think of. I instantly fell in love with the tapioca and mango pearls. Wished I could bring the store home with me that's for sure!

Drinks and staff are very good. Small seating area. But the queues are always long. Would be amazing to open a larger location at westfeilds so can serve more customers quickly. But have ordered mulitple drinks here and service is always good.

Quick service,if you are coming here avoid busy times,ordered electric yuzu and milk tea which tasted absolutely delicious, fresh and satisfying..
Price are very reasonable despite being in Westfield..

Could have given 5 star I told them to put no ice or little ice but they ignored
