I usually order through uber eats from this place because their food and drink is just as good (maybe not AS hot, but duh) and no need for social interaction. But I went in today and and the staff were lovely! No need to be scared guys! 😃 i 100% prefer the Tuna Melt paninis here when comparing with surrounding Coffee shops 😁 and cakes are SO worth the price!

Several very tasty vegan selections. They could do with more than one public toilet, though. Or put a handwashing sink in the hall outside, since that's what many people want before they eat... 🤔

Staff need training in customer service really. I've been in many times before and had a lovely experience, but today, 01.10.22, the man/boy on the till just acted like he couldn't be bothered and didn't want to serve us.

Went in today and staff were okay. Mostly talking amongst themselves while asking me what I wanted, but they seemed friendly and happy to serve today which was nice.

Well. I must say my visit today 26-10-22 was lovely, peaceful and welcoming the lady in charge has great people skills... and very attentive. The coffee was great... and atmosphere cosy... keep it up cafe Nero ❣👌
