Brick Lane is full of curry houses but Saffron is definitely worth a visit if your after good Indian food at reasonable prices. <br/><br/>Myself and a group of friends popped in one late afternoon so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. To start, we ordered some popadoms with a range of dips. Then we each ordered a curry and rice dish. I went for a Chicken Korma which had a lovely cream sauce and was delicious. Another friend had a Vindaloo which definitely had a kick to it. We also had a some nan bread with the meal as well as a few gin and tonics. <br/><br/>The service was quick and friendly. The owner even came over to chat to us when we were waiting for our meal which was very nice. The price of food was very reasonable but the drinks did make the bill a bit more expensive.
